Shipping & payment conditions
Shipping costs Germany and Europe
We deliver within Germany for EUR 5.90 , within Europe for EUR 18.00. The shipping costs to Switzerland are EUR 25.00.
Delivery takes place exclusively via DHL.
We also deliver via DHL Express (24 hours) on weekdays within Germany.
The costs are EUR 18.90 extra.
The delivery time within Germany is 1 - 3 working days, within Europe up to 7 working days. If an item is not available, it may take 10 to 14 working days as everything is made for you.
If, in exceptional cases, we do not have an item or the item is not available for immediate delivery, you will receive an email as soon as possible about possible different delivery times.
Shipping costs worldwide
We ship worldwide with UPS.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of EUR 45 per order for delivery outside Europe.
The delivery time is 10 - 14 working days; If the items are not available, it may take 14 to 21 working days as the knitted items are hand-knitted.
If, in exceptional cases, we do not have an item or the item is not available for immediate delivery, you will receive an email as soon as possible about possible different delivery times.
Please note that if you pay in advance, delivery will take place after payment has been received.
2. Customs and taxes
Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of intra-community purchases) and/or duties, such as fees or customs duties, may apply, which you as the customer must bear. Unfortunately, we have no influence on these fees and cannot provide you with any information about their amount.
Payment options
Apple Pay
"You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device by following verification steps. Payment in advance
If you choose the payment method in advance, you will receive a confirmation with your bank details by email after submitting your order. As soon as we have received your payment, your delivery will be dispatched immediately. Depending on the credit institution, it can take 2 – 4 working days for your payment to reach us. When making the transfer, please make sure to enter the intended purpose.
PayPal
If you select the PayPal payment method, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also sign in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
As soon as we have received payment, your delivery will be on its way. It usually only takes a few minutes for us to receive a PayPal payment.
If you send goods back, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. You can decide for yourself whether you want to continue using the credit in your PayPal account directly with PayPal or transfer it back to your checking or credit card account and process it directly with PayPal. We have no influence on this.
payment by surname
Paying by cash on delivery is safe and convenient for you. You pay the invoice amount in cash to the postal carrier who delivers your order to you. Paying by cash on delivery is more expensive, as both Deutsche Post AG and private postal companies charge a delivery fee of EUR 7.00 in addition to the purchase price.
