Shopping at DOUIE

Select a size for each item you want to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have finished shopping, you can check your items in your shopping cart by clicking "Shopping Cart" in the top right corner. If you have changed your mind about an item, you can delete it from your shopping cart by clicking "Delete Item". Click "Continue Purchase" to complete your order.

How do I know what's in stock?
All items are in stock unless it says "coming soon" or "out of stock". Please note that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be purchased by another customer until you have completed your order.

how do I find my size?
DOUIE.de uses an international size guide to convert other countries' sizes to our own.

Payment FAQs

Which payment methods does DOUIE.de accept?
We accept IMMEDIATELY, Paypal and bank transfer.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
No additional taxes or duties will be charged for items shipped within the European Union. The item prices and shipping costs include VAT.

Delivery FAQs
To which countries does DOUIE.de deliver?
We deliver within Germany for EUR 5.90, within Europe for EUR 18.00. The shipping costs to Switzerland are EUR 25.00.
Delivery takes place exclusively via DHL.

We also deliver via DHL Express (24 hours) on weekdays within Germany.
The costs are EUR 18.90 extra.

For delivery outside Europe we charge a flat rate of EUR 29 per order.
We can deliver your order to any home or business address worldwide.

Can I change my delivery address?
We cannot redirect orders to another address once shipped. Therefore, please ensure that you provide a suitable delivery address for the delivery times stated.

Can an order be delivered to multiple addresses?
You can only deliver to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require delivery to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Order FAQs
How do I know if you have received my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt. In the rare event that one of the items you ordered is unavailable, our customer care team will contact you and refund you the difference.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the courier. To track your order, visit the link and enter the tracking number. With this service you can track your order at any time.

Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team by clicking here.

Do I have to sign for my order?
We require a signature upon receipt of the delivery. Once this happens, responsibility for your purchased items passes to you. If you are not the recipient of your purchase (e.g. a gift order), the person signing for the package acknowledges receipt and is responsible for the package.

FAQs about exchanges and returns
How can I request a return?
You can find the return from online. Please include your email address and order number. Then select your desired return method and specify the items you would like to return.

How can I return the items?
Depending on your location, you can return the items to a drop-off point or have them picked up free of charge. If the online return form is filled out correctly, you will receive a confirmation email. Pack the items in their original packaging and close them properly. Items must be returned within 10 days of completing the online returns form.

When will you ship my newly exchanged items?
Once we receive your return, it will take 2-3 business days to deliver your new items. In the unlikely event that the new items are not available, you will be notified by email and refunded automatically.

When will I be refunded?
Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of your returned items.

Will the full amount of my order be refunded?
We will refund the total value of returned items. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.

How do I get reimbursed for my return if I redeem a voucher?
Vouchers can never be exchanged for money. Orders that were (partially) paid for with a voucher will initially be reimbursed in the form of a new voucher. If a surplus remains, the remaining amount will be refunded.

Privacy FAQs
Will my personal information be kept private?
We only pass on the information to third parties that they absolutely need to carry out their tasks. You may only use your data to fulfill the purchase contract between you and us and do not have the right to use it for any other purpose unless you have given your express consent. In order to process your order and deliver your purchases, we may share relevant personal information with the couriers, storage facilities, banks and credit card service providers we use, as well as with the DOUIE brand owner. For example, in addition to your name, address and email address, our courier will receive your telephone number in case he needs to keep you updated about the delivery date or time of your order. In the case of fraud prevention checks, we may pass on your data not only to banks and credit card service providers, but also to official authorities. At all times when we disclose your information for fraud prevention purposes, it remains secure. We will not retain personal information longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We only process your credit card information, but do not store it. We will never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To improve your experience when shopping on the website, we use cookies. A cookie is information that our website stores on your computer's hard drive to track your movements while you are on the website. It also recognizes your IP address when you visit our website again. Cookies are stored so that we can continually improve our website and offer you a convenient online shopping experience.
